Plants are showing they can slow down Global Warming

Katie Ford
NASA has done research showing that if we put more plants in the atmosphere the plants will show a cooling effect. It would lower the world avg temp by .5 degrees farenheit. Also oxgen levels would doubl over time. I think this a good solution to help slow te effects of glabal warming. Alot of the global warming is caused by humans. This is a good solution

  1. I like this too, but what do you mean by putting plants in the atmosphere? Or do you mean just planting more plants that soak up more CO2? Anyways, this seems like a good solution to help increase oxygen and decrease CO2.

  2. I like this article as well because we seem to always be battling a "warm planet." However is this article simply stating that we need to just plant more plants here on Earth? Or is it saying that NASA actually developed a way to have plants in orbit around our planet creating oxygen in our atmosphere?

  3. This really is a good solution except what are we gonna do when we cannot really put plants anywhere because we are too worried about having babies and overcrowding the earth? If we keep on having like 20 kids each then there isn't gonna be any room for plants and its not gonna help but if we could slow down developments and reproduction rates and plant more plants then this would be a tremndus change for global warming.

  4. i like this article also, its simple but to the point, plant more plants to soak up more CO2, make more oxygen, and reduce the temperature. its a way to help fix what we humans messed up.
