Citrus crops in danger

The Florida citrus crops are in danger with a serious threat of a bacterial disease that is destroying some of the crop. This bacterial disease is affecting 32 of the state's counties that produce citrus fruits. The disease causes the fruits to become very bitter and fall from the tree much before they are ready to be picked and are still unripe. The orange crop has dropped 10% and causing the Department of Agriculture to lower their crop expectations for the fifth strait month for the Florida citrus crop.

  2. That sucks, i like me some orange juice. Hopefully this gets resolved soon, im sure that around this time of year these plants are supposed to be harvested so a lot of citrus farmers could loose money, and we are going to have to pay more for our oranges.
