Mountains of Waste

The most important thing to us, may be one of the biggest problems for us all. Water is an essential part of our life. We put water into bottles to conveniently carry it with us. The bottle is the main problem here. Plastic bottles have been piling up into large mountains. We all know that recycling should stop this, but then why do we still have mountains of trash? Apparently there is a low amount of recyclables coming in, and a drastic need for people to recycle. The solution to this should be easy, everyone should recycle. The Container Recycling Institute suggests that there should be a law set in place to make people recycle. I think this may be a little rough, but it would definitely help persuade many to take the extra effort and recycle.
