A Record Worth Wilting For: Death Valley Is Hotter Than ...


Death Valley is now officially the hottest place in the world, breaking Libya's previous record.  The World Meteorological  Organization registered the highest temperature at Greenland Ranch in the center of the valley. The final temperature was set at 134 °F on July 10, 1913.  Becoming a world records has inspired the residents that live there year round. They are all ready getting ready for the tourist that seek the heat out. These tourist who come just for the climates are also called "weather tourists". One would believe that it is impossible to stand the weather in the Valley, but the residents that live there say that they love it.
