Conserving the Fisheries

Conserving the Fisheries:
Overfishing, pollution, and destruction of habitat are all leading up to the collapse of fisheries. Not only will this corrupt the fish, it can also cause people to lose their jobs. Some solutions to this problem would be too limit the amount fish people are allowed to catch, put the pollution somewhere else and try to prevent destructing their habitat. Unfortunately, there are some barriers to these solutions. For example, some people will want to catch as many fish as possible so they can brag about them. They will also not be willing to put waste in other places to reduce pollution because it will take more work. Destruction of habitat is not usually done purposely so that will also be hard to dictate. In my opinion, we should really try and stop this. Not only will it affect the fish lives, it could also ruin the oceans altogether which would bring down tourism rates and reduce income for the coastal cities.
